In the context of the help provided by the IT Helpdesk, you may be requested to use Teamviewer, a tool enabling specialists to check what is happening on your computer. At the request of such an expert, you can activate this programme without it being installed on your computer. The tool is only active during the actual session, using an ID and password you provide to the expert.
